Company Profile

Rasiyat Holding Company is a Kuwaiti public shareholder company (k.p.s.c). Established in December 2005, listed in March 2010, having equity of KD 15 Million (approximately U.S $51 Million).

Rasiyat is involved in developing, promoting, acquiring and investing in real estate, financial, and industrial projects in the Mena Regions & Other Regions. Rasiyat is a company that complies with Islamic Shari`ah law.

Rasiyat seeks to improve its operation by encouraging the adoption of global best practice in managing business.

Rasiyat principles objective would be to own a range of investments in Mena region & Other regions that comply with Islamic Shari`ah principles.

Saleh Mohammed AlRoomi

Mr. Mohammed Abdulrahman AlMunifi joined Rasiyat Holdinig Co. (formerly known as Gulf North Africa Holding Company) as Investment Officer in April 2016.

Mr. Mohammed Abdulrahman AlMunifi was promoted many times during his work until reaching the position of Investment Department Manager.
